Refund Policy for the "Pro Sure" Portal

This policy is intended to clarify the terms and procedures for financial refunds related to the "Pro Sure" portal. It is very important to read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Our refund policy is divided into two main sections:
- Refund of Monthly Subscription Fees (for Sellers).
- Refund of Product and Service Value (between Buyer and Seller).
1. Seller Monthly Subscription Refund Policy
At "Pro Sure," we trust in the value of our portal and are committed to your satisfaction. Accordingly, we apply a clear and fair refund policy when you cancel your subscription.
1.1. Eligibility for Refund Any active seller with a valid monthly subscription is eligible for a financial refund upon cancellation of their subscription, provided that the cancellation is not a result of account suspension by the portal due to a violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use.
1.2. Refund Calculation Mechanism When you cancel your subscription, the refund amount will be calculated based on the following formula:
- The refund is calculated as 80% of the value of the remaining days in your current subscription.
Calculation Steps:
- The daily value of the subscription is calculated by dividing the total monthly fee by 30 days.
- The daily value is multiplied by the number of remaining days until the end of the subscription period.
- An 80% rate is applied to the resulting amount to determine the final refundable amount.
Illustrative Example:
- Assume your monthly subscription fee is 300 AED.
- Daily subscription value = 300 AED ÷ 30 days = 10 AED per day.
- You decide to cancel your subscription, and there are 15 days remaining until its expiration.
- Value of remaining days = 15 days × 10 AED/day = 150 AED.
- The amount that will be refunded to you = 150 AED × 80% = 120 AED.
1.3. Refund Process
- To request a subscription cancellation and receive a refund, you can do so directly from your account settings in the app or by contacting the Portal Manager.
- The refund amount will be transferred to the same payment method originally used for the subscription (e.g., credit card, bank account).
- The refund processing time is up to 14 business days from the date of subscription cancellation confirmation.
1.4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Account Termination by the Portal: If your account is suspended or terminated by "Pro Sure" due to a clear violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use, you will not be entitled to any refund of the subscription fees.
- Expired Subscriptions: The refund policy does not apply to subscription periods that have already expired.
2. Product and Service Refund Policy
This policy pertains to commercial transactions that occur between Buyers and Sellers.
2.1. Nature of the Relationship The "Pro Sure" portal is a display-only intermediary and is not a party to any sale or purchase transaction. All payments, shipping, returns, and exchanges are conducted directly and independently between the Buyer and the Seller.
2.2. Seller's Full Responsibility The Seller is solely responsible for defining and displaying their own return, exchange, and refund policy. The Seller must clearly state this policy on their store page or in the product description.
- Return Conditions: The Seller determines the allowable return period, the required condition of the product, and the procedures for receiving the returned item.
- Refund Process: The Seller is responsible for returning the funds to the Buyer through the channel used for the original payment.
2.3. Role of the Portal The "Pro Sure" portal is not responsible for:
- Enforcing or mediating the individual refund policies of Sellers.
- Mediating in return or refund disputes between Buyers and Sellers.
- Compensating Buyers for any amounts not refunded by the Seller.
Advice for Buyers: We strongly encourage you to communicate directly with the Seller to inquire about their return policy before completing a purchase and to keep a record of all communications and transactions as proof.
