Refund Policy for the "Pro Sure" Portal

This policy is intended to clarify the terms and procedures for financial refunds related to the "Pro Sure" portal. It is very important to read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Our refund policy is divided into two main sections:

  1. Cancellation of Seller Monthly Subscription (No Financial Refund)

  2. Product and Service Refund Policy (Between Buyer and Seller)


1. Seller Monthly Subscription – Cancellation & No-Refund Policy

At "Pro Sure," we trust in the value of our portal. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time; however, no financial refund will be provided for any remaining days in your current billing cycle.

1.1 Cancellation Process

  • To cancel your subscription, you can do so directly from your account settings in the app or by contacting the Portal Manager.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid subscription period.

  • You will continue to have access to your seller account until the expiration date of your last paid month.

1.2 No Financial Refund

  • Regardless of how many days remain in your subscription, you will not receive any refund (whether prorated or full) of your monthly fee upon cancellation.

1.3 Non-Refundable Situations

  • Voluntary Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your subscription, no refund is due.

  • Account Termination by the Portal: If your account is suspended or terminated by "Pro Sure" due to a clear violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use, you will not be entitled to any refund.

  • Expired Subscriptions: No refund applies to already expired subscription periods.


2. Product and Service Refund Policy

This policy pertains to commercial transactions that occur between Buyers and Sellers.

2.1 Nature of the Relationship

The "Pro Sure" portal is a display-only intermediary and is not a party to any sale or purchase transaction. All payments, shipping, returns, and exchanges are conducted directly and independently between the Buyer and the Seller.

2.2 Seller's Responsibility for Returns

The Seller is solely responsible for defining and displaying their own return, exchange, and refund policy. The Seller must clearly state this policy on their store page or in the product description.

2.3 Mandatory Disclosure for Non-Returnable Products

  • If a product is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, the Seller must explicitly state the following exact phrase in the product description:

    "This product is non-returnable and non-refundable."

  • Consequence of Non-Disclosure: If this phrase is not clearly mentioned in the product description, the product shall be legally considered returnable and refundable in accordance with the terms agreed directly between the Buyer and the Seller.

2.4 No Portal Intervention in Refunds

  • The "Pro Sure" portal does not intervene, mediate, or enforce any return or refund dispute between the Buyer and the Seller.

  • The portal does not process, issue, or guarantee any refund amounts.

  • The refund process, including approval, amount, and timeline, is the sole responsibility of the Seller.

  • Advice for Buyers: We strongly encourage you to communicate directly with the Seller to inquire about their return policy before completing a purchase, and to ensure whether the phrase "non-returnable" is present or absent in the product description.
