Shipping Policy for the "Pro Sure" Portal

This policy aims to clarify the rules and procedures related to shipping products purchased via the "Pro Sure" portal. It is very important to understand that "Pro Sure" is a display-only portal and is not a party to the shipping process. All arrangements, costs, and responsibilities related to shipping are managed directly and exclusively between the Seller and the Buyer.

1. Seller Responsibilities As a Seller on the "Pro Sure" portal, you are solely responsible for all aspects of the shipping process. You must adhere to the following:

1.1. Defining Shipping Policy: You must clearly define and display your shipping policy in your store page or in the description of each product. Your policies must include information regarding: shipping costs, delivery regions, expected delivery time, and the shipping company you deal with.

1.2. Selection of Delivery Company: As a Seller, you are solely responsible for determining the shipping company or delivery person who will deliver the orders. The Platform confirms that it is not responsible for the delivery process or finding a shipping company, and this responsibility falls entirely on the Seller.

1.3. Shipping Costs: You are solely responsible for determining all shipping costs. They must be added clearly as part of the total price paid by the Buyer before completing the purchase. "Pro Sure" does not intervene in determining or collecting shipping fees.

1.4. Packaging: You are responsible for packaging the product safely and appropriately to ensure its safety during transit. The packaging must protect the product from any potential damage.

1.5. Delivery and Tracking: You are responsible for handing over the parcel to the shipping company of your choice. It is highly advised to provide the Buyer with a Tracking Number immediately after the shipping company receives the parcel. This allows the Buyer to track their shipment status.

1.6. Communication regarding Shipping: You must inform the Buyer immediately in the event of any delay or problem related to shipping. Transparency in communication builds trust.

2. Buyer Responsibilities As a Buyer, you have responsibilities to ensure a smooth shipping process:

2.1. Accuracy of Shipping Information: You must provide a full, accurate, and clear shipping address when completing the purchase. You are responsible for any delivery issues resulting from providing incorrect information.

2.2. Reviewing Seller Policy: You must carefully review the Seller's shipping policy before completing the purchase to understand the costs and expected delivery time.

2.3. Communication with Seller: For any inquiries regarding shipping status, you must communicate directly with the Seller via the communication channels available on the Portal.

3. The Role of "Pro Sure" Portal (Non-Interference) "Pro Sure" reiterates that it is not a party to the shipping process in any way. Accordingly, the Portal:

  • Is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by an error on the part of the shipping company or the Seller.
  • Is not responsible for the loss or damage of parcels during transit. This responsibility lies entirely with the Seller and the shipping company contracted by them.
  • Does not intervene in shipping-related disputes between the Seller and the Buyer.
  • Does not offer any shipping insurance. If the Buyer wishes to insure, they must discuss it with the Seller.

4. Shipping Issues and Disputes In the event of any shipping-related issue (such as delay, lost parcel, or damage):

  • The Buyer must contact the Seller immediately to report the problem and find a solution.
  • The Buyer must refer to the Seller's Return and Exchange Policy to know the next steps.
  • We advise both parties to keep a record of all exchanged messages as evidence in case the dispute is not resolved amicably.
